Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max - 512 GB - Graphite - With Apple Silicone MagSafe

I just got this phone from Verizon a week ago. My original phone had a battery which was diminishing, so through the insurance that I pay for monthly through Verizon I filed a claim, and they replaced my phone with a brand new one. The phone is literally brand new with zero scratches, dents, dings, etc. PERFECT condition. I capitalize the word PERFECT because I only used the phone for a few days before upgrading to a 16 Pro Max. I'm also including a dark blue (Abyss blue) Apple brand silicone MagSafe case for the phone which costs $50 alone. Case was used for a few months but is in Great condition. Also including the Apple brand wired lightning headphones that came with the phone.
